This is a detachable tulle skirt. It has an open front. It is a hook and eye back closure. It can be made as a whole skirt. This price includes 10 layers of tulle and satin band needed. Length of 40" If you want it fuller or longer, we will need to adjust the price accordingly. Please comment waist and height measurements and color of materials in the comment section when placing your order.
